Responsibilities

Job Summary

Implement data collection plan including establishing and monitoring databases and data protocols, completing data submission, analysis and auditing to ensure accuracy and progress toward goals for programs assigned.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for day-to-day implementation of program data collection and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) plans
  • Collect and enter data into databases and reporting systems
  • Conduct data analysis and summarize results to review and monitor program outcomes for evaluation purposes
  • Conduct monthly internal reviews of data collection practices to ensure data integrity, validity and quality
  • Develop and conduct data collection protocol trainings
  • Conduct chart and document audits
  • Work closely with program team to problem solve and strategize on how best to use data analysis to complete project objectives
  • Participate in trainings provided by funder or team as scheduled
  • Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature review, in-service meetings and workshops
  • Support the vision, mission and goals, and demonstrate a commitment to the values, of the organization
  • Perform other duties as directed

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in public health, project management or a related field or high school graduate with equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two years’ related experience

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, computer science or related field
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Records

Required Skills/Knowledge/Ability

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to develop reports
  • Confident with presenting data and project deliverables
  • Ability to develop and conduct trainings to other staff
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills with ability to create a comfortable, supportive learning environment
  • Good verbal and written skills necessary for communication with patients/clients, providers and other staff
  • Ability to interface with all levels of personnel in a professional manner
  • Ability to effectively work with people of all social and ethnic backgrounds and within the constraints of government funded programs
  • Excellent customer service skills and commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent clerical, data collection, report preparation and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential materials and information in a professional manner

Pay Range

  • $23.50 - $25.00
