Responsible for troubleshooting and coordinating resolution of hardware and software problems. Support all applications used by staff. Participate in project teams, problem resolution and documentation of findings. Responsible for working with clinic and IT staff to identify needs and operational models. Attend training and provide other support as requested by management.

• Perform maintenance of all computer systems at all locations
• Provide software support including but not limited to all Microsoft Office products
• Perform operation and maintenance of local and wide area networks
• Perform technical, application help desk support to all locations
• Install and configure computer systems as needed

Minimum

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum three years' information technology experience 
• Working knowledge of computer systems, including hardware and software maintenance and support 
• Understanding of cable plants and network infrastructure from a troubleshooting perspective 
• Maintain current IT knowledge demonstrated by passing an IT Assessment Test 
• Valid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation

Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability and knowledge to perform basic troubleshooting of systems

• $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
