Responsibilities

Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of assigned Women’s health program at all sites: CPSP (Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program). Oversee and manage the work plan and budget as defined by the program guidelines. Ensure objectives and scope of work are being met.


Coordinate the administrative aspects of assigned programs with Clinic Managers who have the prenatal program at their site

  • Prepare training curriculum and provide ongoing training for program and clinic staff as required
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and maintain program policies, procedures and protocols, including quality control
  • Supervise various personnel responsible for Prenatal education and care of patients
  • Develop new processes and implement projects to improve overall program quality or efficiency
  • Monitor and exceed goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision.
  • Organize workflows and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide ongoing constructive feedback and coaching
  • Be the voice of the staff; escalate issues & champion process improvements

Qualifications

Minimum

  • 3 years documented managerial or program experience with progressive responsibility
  • Experience leading teams to success
  • Experience developing processes or running projects to optimize quality or efficiency with a team
  • Ability to guide and develop team members to provide the best experience for our patients
  • Goal oriented with a focus on quality outcomes for our patients
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

  • Program development experience
  • Childbirth educator certification
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in prenatal
  • Experience as a Prenatal educator or working in a CPSP program.
  • General knowledge of perinatal program needs and issues
  • Knowledge of available local community and government resources, community health centers, public assistance programs and state/federal regulations
  • Program development experience
  • Childbirth educator certification or Medical assistant certificate
  • Provide direct supervision and support to prenatal care team members, including medical assistants, health educators, and case managers.

  • Oversee all aspects of CPSP services, ensuring compliance with state guidelines and documentation requirements.

  • Monitor clinical workflows to ensure timely delivery of prenatal, postpartum, and medical and psychosocial care.

  • Collaborate with providers, nurses, and administrative teams to streamline services and improve patient satisfaction.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (e.g., prenatal visit adherence, postpartum care rates, CPSP billing, UDS, Birth weight, pregnancy outcome).

  • Coordinate training and development for CPSP staff.

  • Participate in audits and implement corrective action plans when needed.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with external hospitals and specialty facilities to ensure seamless transfer of care and coordinate post-partum and follow up care.

Salary Range: 

  • $70,000 - $88,000/year
