Coordinate and supervise one or more programs within Parent and Child Health.Coordinate,implementand monitor project workplans.

• Support the implementation and evaluation of the program work plans to include data tracking and reporting
• Serve as representative at professional meetings, as required
• Schedule, organize and facilitate meetings and groups
• Compile, analyze and summarize data and information for program reporting purposes
• Communicate program outcomes and findings with team members
• Utilize Electronic Health Records

Minimum

• Associate’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of two years' related experience
• Valid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience working with Electronic Health Records

Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
• Ability to track and manage time and budgets effectively
• Experience/familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel), business e-mail communication systems and internet search capabilities

Pay Rate

$20.00 - $22.00 DOE
