Vista Community Clinic is a private, non-profit, multi-specialty outpatient clinic providing care in a comprehensive, high quality setting. Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise the daily operation of assigned mobile unit. Assist Program Manager with scheduling the unit at school sites and with local community partners. Conduct outreach and education to promote the mobile unit.  

 

• Supervisor staff assigned to the mobile unit including scheduling and daily operations
• Assist with external program reporting. Participate in development of programs and assists grant writing team, as needed
• Responsible for internal and external program reporting, such as progress and final reports
• Attend and facilitate meetings, as required
• Serve as liaison and assist with collaborative support activities with community agencies, local government representatives, neighborhood

  residents and other Vista Community Clinic project staff
• Perform direct services, as required
• Participate in quarterly internal audits
• Serve as a back-up driver for Mobile Unit. Drive Mobile Unit to event and school sites, ensure proper and safe set-up, break-down and

   storage of mobile unit and related equipment such as computer

   equipment, canopies, tables and chairs

 

Qualifications

Minimum

  •  Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  •  Minimum of two years’ related experience
  •  Valid California driver’s license and vehicle insurance; reliable transportation, to travel for meetings and/or to gather information for reporting purposes

Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
  • Ability to interact with all VCC personnel and the public in a professional manner
  • Ability to track and manage time and budgets effectively
  • Ability to plan and facilitate internal and community meetings
  • Experience/familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel), business e-mail communication systems and internet search capabilities

Pay Range

$22.00 - $25.00 DOE
