  • Overview

    Now hiring a full time Program Coordinator in our Health Promotions Alcohol and Tobacco Department to coordinate, implement and monitor project work plans. The Program Manager will focus on policy advocacy, implementationand evaluation activities to reduce the publi's exposure to secondhand smoke at outdoor areas and reduce youth access to tobacco products in North San Diego County.  


    Vista Community Clinic is a private, non-profit medical, dental, optometry, chiropracty, behavioral and social services center providing care in a comprehensive, high quality setting. We provide the highest quality services in seven clinics located in San Diego, Orange and Riverside counties.     • Act as lead of project staff
    • May facilitate group educational sessions
    • Participate in development of programs and assist grant writing team, as needed
    • Serve as liaison and assist with collaborative support activities with community agencies, local government representatives, neighborhood residents and other Vista Community Clinic project staff



    • Associate’s degree in a related field
    • Minimum of two year's related experience
    • Valid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation


    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Bilingual English/Spanish

    Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

    • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
    • Ability to track and manage time and budgets effectively
    • Proficient in Windows, MS Office programs, and Internet use, business e-mail communication systems
