    Vista Community Clinic is a private, non-profit medical, dental, optometry, chiropracty, behavioral and social services center providing care in a comprehensive, high quality setting. We provide the highest quality services in seven clinics located in San Diego, Orange and Riverside counties.     Responsibilities

    • Coordinate, implement and monitor project work plans
    • Oversee and be responsible for program design, implementation, compliance with service delivery requirements, and evaluation to optimize outcomes. 
    • Responsible for managing caseloads, monitoring quality of service, assessing risk, deploying staff, supervising the lead mentor, and assuring successful completion of personal case plan goals.
    • Coordinate and supervise all program activities and reports to Probation; oversee daily program activities, correspondence with Probation Officers including regular written updates on mentee progress; organization of program start up, assessment forms, and other activities; ongoing staff training and evaluations.
    • Be accessible for referrals made by Probation Officers and intake and orientation throughout the business week.
    • Serve as a mentor coach by meeting with lead mentors and/or mentors regularly to discuss issues and achievements of the group process, share facilitation strategies, and develop needed Technical Assistance topics. Guest speakers and other agency staff may attend these meetings.

    Qualifications

    Minimum

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • Two (2) years of experience providing direct services to mentees in a multi-disciplinary setting and/or equivalent experience.
    • Valid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

    Preferred

    • Bilingual English/Spanish

    Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

    • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
    • Ability to track and manage time and budgets effectively
    • Proficient in Windows, MS Office programs, and Internet use, business e-mail communication systems
