    Responsible for the coordination of clinic pre-billing tasks and reports to ensure accurate and timely billing of clinic services across all clinic sites. Act as a resource for clinic staff to resolve coding and billing errors.

    • Communicate and work with front office staff, management, clinical staff, and provider staff in obtaining necessary information to bill for all clinic services
    • Run necessary reports to monitor outstanding tasks (i.e., kept appointments with charges, four point checks, missing diagnosis codes, incorrect payer assignment, etc.)



    • High school graduate or equivalent
    • Knowledge of insurance billing in a medical setting, preferably with NextGen
    • Two year's related medical billing experience
    • CPT/ICD coding certification preferred

    Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

    • Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office products, and business e-mail communication systems
