Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm


Responsible for troubleshooting and coordinating resolution of hardware and software problems. Support all applications used by staff. Participate in project teams, problem resolution and documentation of findings. Responsible for working with clinic and IT staff to identify needs and operational models. Attend training and provide other support as requested by management.


  • Provide software support including but not limited to all Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of Internet Browsers
  • Basic network concepts and troubleshooting tools
  • Ability to quickly demonstrate proficiency in Nextgen EPM and EHR,
  • Deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting of desktop operating systems,
  • Account creation – Active Directory, Exchange, NextGen, etc.
  • Provide Mimecast administration
  • AD security and distribution group creation
  • Understanding of and administration of NTFS permissions
  • Knowledge and troubleshooting of basic server systems, including DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Consistent basic network troubleshooting techniques
  • Network concepts such as VLANs; network cabling; wireless device configuration and troubleshooting



  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 year's information technology experience 
  • Working knowledge of computer systems, including hardware and software maintenance and support 
  • Understanding of cable plants and network infrastructure from a troubleshooting perspective 
  • Maintain current IT knowledge demonstrated by passing an IT Assessment Test 
  • Valid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Ability and knowledge to perform basic troubleshooting of systems
